We deliver worldwide! However, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries: India, Mongolia, Brunei, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, FYROM, Nigeria, Pakistan, South Africa, Ukraine, Romania, Qatar, Kuwait, Korea and Zimbabwe.
Please note if you are shipping to the UAE we can only to deliver to PO boxes, not street addressees, so please enter your PO box number as the first line of your address at our checkout for it to be delivered successfully. For all International orders, please ensure you write your full address in English at our checkout otherwise Royal Mail may refuse your delivery.
Our UK standard delivered parcels are sent using standard Royal Mail service. If no-one is present at your address, then a card will be left for you to re-arrange your delivery or collect your parcel from your local Post Office depot.
The Colour Code is unable to accept responsibility for late or undelivered parcels due to Royal Mail, however in the unlikely event that this occurs please contact us at hello@thecolourcode.me and we will try our best to resolve any problems.
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties, additional tariffs and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. These charges are usually automatically payable by the customer upon delivery.

You have 14 days to contact us and tell us why you want to return your product.
Please let us know if you want to return goods by emailing us at hello@thecolourcode.me. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address.
Returning products. You are responsible for the cost of returning. We will pay the costs of return when:
(a) if the products are faulty or misdescribed;
(b) if you are returning products because we have been told you of an upcoming material change to the product or these terms, an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong.
In all other circumstances (including where you are exercising your right to change your mind) you must pay the costs of return.
How we will refund you. We will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment in line with the timeframe detailed below. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below.
